To Blog Or Not To Blog

Ahhh yes that is the question!?. If your newbie to the whole thing and not sure if adding a blog will help, then consider these 2 factors :-

1) Think about the times you felt that someone would be better off not saying anything.

2) Don't say those types of things on your blog.

My thoughts on this matter is that your website can't live without a blog. It is a free and highly effective way to market your business - it's one of the top ways to market your business. It's even more effective when it not only includes valuable content and information but your own personal opinions and experiences and reviews of products or services. You want traffic to your site, so you invite comments and conversation after you've written what you want. A blog isn't just personal experiences and opinions - it can be, but you can add your own articles to your blog, or other people's articles all about your business or related topics. Big traffic generator. It can also be a money maker for you if you add Adsense to it. I can't think of any cons, unless it's just a spam blog.

AUTORESPONDER MAGIC!

One of my all time favorite marketers willie crawford
has some very good ideas when it comes to autoresponders
and giving your client base content they will love.

1) Tell past customers, who may not have thought
about it, that they can join your affiliate program.
Depending upon your niche, you may need to explain
what an affiliate program is. Then give them a link
and very specific instructions on how to sign up.

2) Add an email pointing out a feature or benefit
of the product that they purchased (or were given)
from you. What you're doing here is teaching them
to consume (enjoy) the product, and thus reducing
the likelihood of a refund.

3) Add an email that ask for "feedback" on your
product. What you're really doing here is setting
up an automated mode of requesting testimonials.
You can have them send this via email, a form, or
even audio.

4) Add a related but powerful article or even
a quote. Just add a short note explaining why
you wanted to share this with your reader.

5) Add an email offering a related product. This
can be your own product, or an affiliate product.
Explain how it's related and why you feel that
it's ideal for your reader.

I'm sure that you can think of a dozen other emails
to add to your autoresponder series. I won't give
you all of mine... since I'm off to add to an
autoresponder series

Ramp up sales by 20% to 30% using a simple strategy!

This would have occured if you have been shopping or gone to macdonalds. Have you ever been asked if you want to "supersize" or "upsize" of course you have.

Sometimes if you are purchasing from a shoe store you might see buy one pair get a second pair free. In both cases you have been upsold again.

upselling on your backend (when you make a sale) can boost your profits by 20-30%

i would recommend selling something that is related to the product that you have already sold....that way the customer feels that he will get extra benefit from using both  products.

initally not many IM marketers do this. The easiest way would be to redirect your sales page to another product page after the customer has bought. About one out of every 2 people read this page but you will only end up having about 20-30% of people actually buy it. It doenst sound alot but it can bump your overall profits up dramatically.

Cheers
